Chief Executive Officer

We have three important messages for the CEO's who are looking to realize projects in their organisation.
 X4P will provide you with:

  • Return on Investment
  • Success
  • Transparancy
Our project managers understand what it takes to deliver projects in all possible situations. They will use the best possible practices to make sure our promise will be made true. Our project managers are also supported by our internal coaching service. This assures that, even in challenging times, the project manager can rely on getting professional support to lead the project to success.

Return on Investment
When a project is undertaken by your organisation, the goal is to have benefits at the end. The X4P project manager is ingrained by this principle. At the start of the project the benefits will be identified, described, and mapped to the project scope. Further in the project, the realisation of the benefits will be constantly monitored and used at all times when important decisions have to be taken.

The solution that will consequently be built, will be tuned to maximize the realisation of the benefits that you have in mind. This may mean that less contributing elements get sacrificed as the project progresses. Through a comprehensive reporting and in regular decision committees such as Project Boards, you will be at all times informed and under control

Although we have a strong focus towards certification in either PRINCE2, PMI PMBOK Guide and P3O, we believe very strongly in PRAGMATIC implementations of any method. The methods are just tools for us that provide the necessary hooks and guidance to start performing project management in a structured way.

Success
I hear you asking, how can they promis success ??
Indeed, predicting success is difficult. However, X4P relies on project managers who have been in the trenches, who have learrned already where things go wrong, and who are embedded in an organisation that maximizes this learning effect. Through our proactive knowledge sharing and regular project debriefing sessions, the project manager is challenged internally in the management of the project. Such sessions provide the invaluable possibility to the project manager to see the problems long time before they are seen by others and react to risks in ways that have proven to work.
What then with the confidentiality ? All our project managers are subject to a NDA and we are very strict on enforcing it. Our philosophy only works when all employees live by the rules. During our internal sessions, we only communicate about project status, risks and potential corrective actions.

Transparancy
You will appreciate the X4P Project Manager for his discipline. Our project managers understand that a project starts with a good plan. Such a plan is the realistic, comprehensive, balanced set of information that provides justification that the project is feasible within its constraints. Throughout the project, the plan will be maintained and all reporting will be derived from this plan.
The project manager will identify issues throughout the project and propose to your organisation the decisions that need to be made.
At all times you will understand the status of the project, the consequences, the impact on the benefits and the risks ahead. This will allow you to focus on running your organisation.
