Terms and Conditions

1. X4P offers the training as is, although X4P intends to deliver high quality courses, no guarantee can be given regarding the quality and a low evaluation does cannot be the reason for a refund of the course fee
2. The registration is only valid if the payment has been received by X4P before the start of the training. In case no payment is received, X4P has the right to refuse the candidate the access to the training room
3. If the candidate cancels the participation to a training within 15 days of the scheduled start of the training, the candidate will still have to pay for the registration and in case already paid, will not be entitled for a refund of the training fee.
4. If X4P cancels the training for any reason, X4P will not be liable for any costs incurred by the candidates and X4P can decide to offer an alternative or a refund of the training fee. The candidate has the possibility to choose for any of the solutions or cancel the training without a penalty involved. In case of postponing a training, same time frames are used as for cancellations. No refunds possible if candidates postpone a training without notice less than 15 days before the training takes place. Considering the above, the candidate has the right to postpone a training session only ONCE. Afterwards, the full fee for that training will be charged. Catering and other logistical penalties can at all times be charged even when just postponing the training.
5. Neither party shall be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement (other than the obligation to make payments of money) due to any force majeure event including, Act of God, refusal of licence (other than as a result of any act or omission of Insight) or other Government act, fire explosion, embargo, terrorism, civil disturbance, accident, epidemics, lightning damage, electromagnetic interference, radio interference, strikes, industrial dispute, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
