If you work with X4P, you work with professionals. We have no "junior" project managers, but we only work with people who have already delivered projects, who have been in the trenches and, very important, who are willing to learn from their previous experiences. X4P selects their project managers based on specific hard skills, such as project management methods and other techniques, but those must be matched with the correct package of soft skills. The project manager will communicate for a large portion of their time and will therefore need a complete set of skills that can support them in doing so.
If you work ith X4P, you work with a company that supports their project managers. While completely ensuring confidence of data, X4P is coaching its project managers extensively. Regular reviews of projects ensure that the project manager is not on his own when performing your project. Even experienced project managers are still human and need to be able to discuss situations, get second thoughts, have a sparring partner, .. X4P provides this support, as part of the normal consulting price, so that both parties have a good feeling about the collaboration.
If you work with X4P, you work with a team of professionals. These professionals are encouraged to form a team. Even if they are not working on the same project, they exchange experiences and discuss lessons to ensure they can be prevented. As a team the project is regularly discussed and advice is provided.
X4P understands its work
X4P invests heavily in understanding the different project management standards. The standards are all developed from best practices. This means that these good ideas have prevented other people from making mistakes, from project failures. X4P understands the full power of these, not one standard, but of an increasing long list of standards.
X4P wants to excel in the use of the available standards. The correct application of the use of the standars in documents, templates, tools, etc. is a key success factor while applying them. From a lot of past projects, X4P has also recuperated a large number of good examples and working tools. These can be used in future projects so that our customers can benefit from them.
X4P is also very active in applying special techniques on top of the traditional standards. Techniques such as Lean, Agile, Scrum and others are frequently used, by trained and skilled professionals to bring additional benefits to the project
