Project manager
Job description
You are an experienced project manager with at least 5 years of experience. You have been responsible for projects from start to end and are certified in either PRINCE2 or PMI PMBOK Guide. You have a track record of successful projects.
As freelance consultant, you will be embedded in the team of X4P project managers. X4P will assign you to a project and will provide you with all relevant explanations how the project has to be realized. X4P may decide to invest in your development if we believe that the project would benefit from it.
We expect a commitment from you. X4P is very proud about its customers and the quality of the work delivered. We want you to buy in into that vision. In order to do so, it may be necessary to have regular meetings with us to make sure that information is shared and that we can provide you with advice how to perform the project.
Your competences
You have already some exposure to projects. Maybe you are now a project manager or you have worked in projects.
We expect you to:

Be open minded and willing to learn, to accept criticism and to grow

Have at least 5 years of professional experience
- Have a university degree (bachelor or master)
- Be organised in your work. Projects require discipline, it is difficult to realize that in chaos
- Invest part of your free time to continuously learn (reading books, take exams, ...)
- Be able to present before senior management
- Produce concise reports, that can nail down the point with very little text
- We certified in PRINCE2 or PMI PMBOK Guide
What you can expect
You will experience eXpertise 4 People.
You will execute a project while being supported by us. Maybe for the first time, you will not be on your own solving all problems. You will be responsible for the quality of the end products, but also responsible to seek advice if you believe you need it. We will be availble to provide you that advice.
When working on X4P projects you will get:
