Training officer

Job description
The training department is the core of the X4P strategy. The training department provides us with the possibility to show our experience and competencies to customers.
Our future training officer will be responsible to work through the existing network of training and HR department to identify their training needs. The officer will handle all administrative work involved in the registration process, the preparation of the training, the startup of the sessions and the debriefing afterwards. The training officer will also have to make sure that the internal development plans are being executed.
 
When succesfull, the training officer is capable of:
  • Maximising the return on investment of the trainings that are organised.
  • Establish the training targets and assure they get realized
  • Manage the training marketing budget
  • Capitalize on the training network to identify leads for projects.
  • Assure that the training needs of our employees are efficiently taken care of

The training officer is also responsible for maintaing the training package and identify new training opportunities with customers and that are in line with the core competences of X4P.


Your competences
We expect you to be able to:
  • Build a network of contacts in training and HR departments
  • Convince people to follow training
  • Be creative in detecting new training opportunities and developing a cost/benefit analysis of it
  • Be administratively organised to make sure that the trainings are performed in a professional manner
  • Be able to work independently and initially also on your own
  • We expect you to understand the core business of X4P and be able to talk about it professionally to our customers
  • You must speak and write fluently English, French and Dutch

You will report immediately to the directors or X4P, but they are in the mean time your prime resource for the trainings, so you will have to direct them and negotiate available days with them.
