Description
This course provides a very sound introduction in how to run a project succesfully using PRINCE2®.
PRINCE2® is the international standard on project management developed by the UK Government.
During this PRINCE2® Foundation course, Pronohau goes a lot further than comparable courses by providing additional information on how to implement PRINCE2®.
The teacher is especially selected for the sound knowledge in project management practices and the implementation of PRINCE2® in particular.
Prerequisite
To receive the PRINCE2® Foundation certification, you must pass the exam at the last day of the course with sufficient points 38+/75
Goal
This course is designed to teach students how to start using PRINCE2® in projects and to provide sufficient information to succeed the exam!
Content
The course provides an overview of all aspects of PRINCE2®, all processes and components are covered and a case study helps students understand
how to practically start using the method. The students obtains also a complete filled in set of example work products to decrease the learning curve

as part of the registration for the course, the student gets when arriving at the course:
- Printouts of the slides
- Filled in examples
- "De Kleine Prince" pocket book or the English or French version of it

The course is intended for everybody interested in becoming a Project Manager or everybody wanted to pass the Foundation exam
